Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a nice view and was located on the executive floor, but the rooms were a bit warm and stuffy in February, not meeting my expectations for a Hilton.
The hotel's location was perfect for my business event and conveniently close to UK activities. The rooms were always clean, but the temperature control could have been better. The service was outstanding and very helpful. The dining experience was good overall, but the lack of complimentary options was a downside. The facilities were in good condition and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were spacious and comfy, they felt a bit outdated for my liking. Unfortunately, I ended up with a room on the opposite side of the building, missing out on the park view I had hoped for. Additionally, the lack of information about the ongoing renovations and the closure of restaurants and pools left me feeling disappointed. Considering the high price I paid, I expected more value for money.
