The hotel offered a nice view and was located on the executive floor, but the rooms were a bit warm and stuffy in February, not meeting my expectations for a Hilton.

I enjoyed the good variety of breakfast choices, but the pricing was a bit high. The food and service were terrific, with special thanks to Layla and Chef James.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business event and conveniently close to UK activities. The rooms were always clean, but the temperature control could have been better. The service was outstanding and very helpful. The dining experience was good overall, but the lack of complimentary options was a downside. The facilities were in good condition and well-maintained.

6.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were spacious and comfy, they felt a bit outdated for my liking. Unfortunately, I ended up with a room on the opposite side of the building, missing out on the park view I had hoped for. Additionally, the lack of information about the ongoing renovations and the closure of restaurants and pools left me feeling disappointed. Considering the high price I paid, I expected more value for money.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, but it felt outdated. I was given a single room with a queen bed, which was a letdown since I was hoping for a Jacuzzi. The fact that the hotel was under renovation was also surprising, as I wasn't informed beforehand.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent overall. The staff were very accommodating, and they promptly provided a fan when I requested one. They were friendly, helpful, and professional, which enhanced my experience despite the issues with the room.
Location
7.0
The location of the hotel was convenient for the business event I attended. However, it didn't fully align with the facilities the hotel supposedly offers. For attending the UK basketball game, it was great, but finding parking was a bit challenging.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options at the hotel to be lacking, especially considering the high price I paid for the room. I ended up going to IHOP due to the pricey offerings at the hotel. However, the idea of being close to the Hilton downtown Lexington for the breakfast buffet was appealing.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities were disappointing since most of them were closed, and I wasn't able to enjoy amenities like restaurants, pools, or others. The lack of available services impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay.
